I have also extensive experience of sporting events including Wimbledon, F1 Grand Prix, and many more. This broad experience base means I can bring an out-of-the-box approach that guarantees a fresh vibrant direction to enhance the customer journey backed up with the ability to advise on a full training programme for staff to ensure every opportunity is maximised.
